Lewis's Building

The Lewis's Building is a 420,000 sq ft, 9 storey building which forms an integral part of Liverpool's rich retailing history. The plans include a reconfiguration of existing floorspace and external alterations to Lewis's Building, including creation of additional floor space at plaza and upper plaza level and creation of a new pedestrian walkway. The scheme will consist of mixed leisure and retail use and a link through to Central Station, Liverpool.
