Built in 2004, this 10 storey building houses 230 apartments and 30,000 sq ft of commercial space, which is predominately let. The development stands opposite the BBC, off Manchester’s Oxford Road.
Washway Road
- Bathstore, Carphone Warehouse

The development at Washway Road combines 11 apartments and two retail units, already let to Carphone Warehouse and Bathstore. The development also included a new 3,000 high specification dental surgery.
Cosgrove Hall
- Granada
A 22,000 sq ft unit acquired in 2003, which houses Granada TV.
Barlow Moor Road
- KFC, Blockbuster
Initially bought as a retail investment with potential for residential development at the rear. This was later built out and the retail units are now rented to KFC and Blockbuster.
9-19 Bold St
- Drome, Costa Coffee, Resurrection

Acquired in 2005, these 3 units which total 15,000 sq ft with space above has been rented to Drome and Costa Coffee and the final unit will be completed in 2008.
21-25 Bold St
- Greggs, Eddie Rockets, Legal and General
These units, which were acquired as part of the redevelopment of Bold St and the surrounding area in the Central Village scheme, house Greggs, Eddie Rockets and Legal and General.
39-41 Bold St

Home to Subway and Dapper, 39-41 was bought to strengthen Merepark’s investment portfolio. The acquisition lies at the corner of Newington, which will link Central Village to Bold Street.
